Private app or public app – what do I need?
A private app is exclusive to your store and ideal for custom workflows and integrations. A public app is published on the Shopify App Store and can be installed by all Shopify merchants – perfect if you want to build a SaaS product.
How long does Shopify app development take?
Simple private apps can be ready in 2-4 weeks. More complex apps with extensive UI, integrations and testing take 6-12 weeks. We work agile and deliver regular updates.
What technologies do you use?
We develop with the official Shopify app stack: React (Polaris) for the frontend, Node.js/Remix for the backend, Prisma as ORM, PostgreSQL as database and the Shopify GraphQL Admin API.
