Was passiert, wenn ich meine Stunden in einem Monat nicht nutze?

Die Stunden sind bewusst genau kalkuliert und nicht in den nächsten Monat übertragbar. So können wir die Verfügbarkeit für alle Kunden fair planen und konstant hohe Qualität liefern.

Was genau bedeutet „Support Flatrate“?

Du bekommst direkten Draht zu uns via Slack oder WhatsApp. „Flatrate“ heißt: Du kannst jederzeit schreiben – aber bitte erwarte keine Live-Reaktion oder 24/7-Verfügbarkeit. Wir antworten werktags so schnell wie möglich, aber asynchron. Meistens sind wir jedoch sehr schnell ;)

Was kann ich in den Entwicklerstunden umsetzen lassen?

Alles rund um deinen Shopify-Store: Theme-Anpassungen, Bugfixes, kleine Features oder App-Integrationen. Je klarer die Aufgabe, desto effizienter die Umsetzung.

Was, wenn ich mehr Stunden brauche?

Kein Problem – du kannst jederzeit zusätzliche Stunden buchen. Als Advanced oder Enterprise Kunde bekommst du dafür einen vergünstigten Stundensatz.

Wie läuft ein typischer Monat ab?

Du meldest dich bei Bedarf per Chat oder Email – wir setzen um. Bei den größeren Paketen kannst du zusätzlich 1–2x im Monat mit uns im Call sprechen, um Roadmap, Ideen oder komplexe Anforderungen zu besprechen.

Was, wenn ich mal gar nichts brauche?

Dann bleibt dein Platz reserviert – du zahlst für Verfügbarkeit und Priorität. Unser Pro Service ist keine Stundenbank, sondern dein direkter Draht zu einem verlässlichen Entwicklerteam. Du kannst dein Abo aber jederzeit pausieren oder beenden.

Wie schnell werden Aufgaben umgesetzt?

Das hängt von Umfang und Paket ab. Wir geben dir nach jeder Anfrage ein realistisches Zeitfenster. Wichtig: Wir priorisieren alle Pro-Kunden – aber arbeiten grundsätzlich async, ohne feste SLA.
