The Starting Point
The existing WooCommerce store was commercially successful, but it increasingly ran into technical limits. Hosting, infrastructure and performance in particular became a growing challenge for the team.
What We Built
We handled the migration to Shopify and have supported Süß und Clever ever since as a long-term technical partner. This made the store more stable, lower-maintenance and much easier for the team to manage day to day.

Project Overview
Süß und Clever is a German organic online shop for nuts, dried fruit, superfoods and other food products with its own sustainable packaging approach. The company is our oldest still-active client with more than seven years of collaboration. The starting point was a WooCommerce store that performed well commercially but increasingly hit technical limits. In particular, managing the company's own hosting infrastructure became more demanding over time and led to recurring performance problems. We therefore handled the migration from WooCommerce to Shopify and created the foundation for a much more stable and lower-maintenance store. Since then, we have continued to support Süß und Clever with technical guidance, helping the team spend less time worrying about the shop's technical side and more time focusing on the core business.
