How much does a Shopify API integration cost?

Costs vary depending on system complexity and data flows. Simple integrations start at around €3,000, complex multi-system connections with middleware range from €10,000-30,000. We provide a custom quote after a free initial consultation.

What systems can you integrate?

We integrate virtually any system with a REST or GraphQL API: ERP (SAP, Dynamics, Xentral), CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), PIM (Akeneo, Pimcore), inventory (JTL, Billbee), payment providers, shipping services and more. We also connect legacy systems with SOAP or CSV exports.

How does data synchronization work?

Depending on requirements, we use real-time sync via webhooks, scheduled batch jobs (cron) or a combination. All integrations include error handling, retry logic and monitoring to ensure no data is lost.

What happens when Shopify changes its API?

Shopify versions its APIs and announces changes in advance. We monitor API changelogs and proactively update existing integrations – optionally as part of a support contract.

Do I need a custom app or will a standard connector work?

It depends on your requirements. Standard connectors often cover 80%, but for custom workflows, special data fields or business logic, a custom app is the better choice. We give honest advice.

Can you take over existing integrations?

Yes, we analyze existing integrations, identify weaknesses and optimize or replace them as needed. Including documentation and clean handover.
